Sarah works with adults, ages 18 and older, who are seeking support through a wide range of challenges and life experiences. She offers specialized care in the following areas:

  • Disordered Eating – addressing the emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of eating concerns.

  • Body Image & Embodiment – fostering a healthier, more compassionate relationship with the body.

  • Anxiety Disorders – including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety.

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – using evidence-based approaches to reduce intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.

  • Depression – helping clients navigate feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or lack of motivation.

  • Trauma – supporting healing from both acute and long-standing traumatic experiences.

  • Grief & Loss – providing space for processing and integrating loss.

  • Life Transitions – navigating changes such as career shifts, relocation, or relationship changes.

  • Reproductive & Hormonal Life Stages – including peri- and postnatal experiences, perimenopause, and the complexities of navigating parenthood.
